1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Shopify store of Marin Vrdoljak (sole trader / small business owner).

2. Contracting parties

3. Conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded when the customer completes the order through the Shopify store and receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are stated in accordance with the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG). VAT is not shown separately on invoices.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery time within Germany is 2–5 business days.

6. Right of withdrawal

Please refer to the withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
